Chapter 1

Hello, my name is Ephraim Cadag and you can call me Ram.
It is spelled like Romeo-Alpha-Mama.

I did not finish college. The highest education I obtained was only first year of college. Back then I tried to study I.T. course that is major in hardware which is Computer Technician course.

After I stopped schooling, for months I stayed house for almost year and those times are so frustrating because I felt I was useless person due to not getting a job. I tried to apply several companies but I always fail the application.

Until I met Pastor Jess Magno. He taught me how to work as a telemarketer although we do not have a specific salary because I was offering printing job projects and the income depends on the project which also the amount depends on Pastor Jess's discretion.

After couple of months Pastor Jess took me to his printing company and he recommended me to be his assistant/telemarketer/assistant graphic artist.
That time I was so excited because finally I am working in a company where I will also learn a lot and especially I learned how to draw using the computer. I can still remember how personalities vary from customer to customer that I talked with over the phone. And the same time I can elaborate about the design because back then the customer of course doesn't know that I was also the one that designs some of the printing jobs that we offer. That company was one of the biggest chunk that taught me how to explore the outside world. Speak with different people and associate with them.

7 years ago. Here I am today. I work as a Customer Care Specialist.
